Brian Soloria

Brian Soloria, of Cincinnati, is a business professional passionate about personal and corporate growth. Brian has several years of experience in the field and is the Senior Logistics Advisor at Bridge Logistics, Inc.

To get his career started on the right foot, Brian Soloria first attended college. He received a degree in Business Administration through the University of Cincinnati, graduating in 2005. Upon graduation, he landed his first position at Fidelity Investments. Here he was a Financial Representative. Brian Soloria’s time with Fidelity gave him the knowledge and experience required to move on to his next career opportunity at Bridge Logistics. 

Bridge Logistics is a multi-faceted third-party logistics provider based in Ohio. The company offers transportation solutions and real-time advice to clients and shippers on a global scale. They provide various services, including truckloads, flatbeds, LTL, inter-models, containers, warehousing, and more. All of this was made possible due to the efforts of Brian and his coworkers. 

Brian Soloria has been with Bridge Logistics since 2007. He has grown significantly, both personally and professionally, in this role. During his time here, he has received several certifications, such as becoming TIA Certified in Marketing Transportation Brokerage Service. He has likewise taken on additional training with significant enthusiasm, which is one more way to encourage personal development.

The opportunity to develop further at Bridge Logistics has meant the world to Brian Soloria. Brian has always considered development significant, as he believes there is room for everybody to improve and move forward in life. In particular, Brian has always felt the need to focus on building strength mentally, physically, and spiritually. For this reason, Brian has always helped encourage improvement in those around him. He supports coworkers as they embark on professional growth and development journeys at work. Brian sees it as his job as Senior Logistics Advisor to provide them with the tools needed to succeed in this venture.

Supporting others doesn’t stop once Brian Soloria clocks off for the day. At home, he helps his children in all endeavors, knowing that each new experience will teach them something powerful. Given that family is one of the most important things in his life, Brian takes great pride and enjoyment in doing so. Ultimately, Brian hopes to help instill a growth mindset in his children, as he knows this will help set them up for a lifetime of success and happiness.

When Brian Soloria isn’t busy with work, he loves spending time enjoying his many hobbies. Brian enjoys being physically active whenever possible, enjoying time rifle shooting, boxing, swimming, or taking Jiu-Jitsu lessons. One of his all-time favorite sports is football, as he can enjoy playing and watching. His favorite team would have to be the Bengals. 

Brian adores family movie nights, as these moments are often the highlight of his week. Family game nights are a close second, as they allow him to spend time with his family while getting caught up in family events and concerns. All while allowing for a bit of good fun, of course.
